Spa Etiquette
Zen Glow is a sanctuary, a place to relax and unwind and leave your cares behind. Please be sure to turn your cell phone off as we have a no cell phone policy.

Please arrive five minutes prior to your scheduled reservation time. This will allow you to check-in and transition into the relaxing spa setting in preparation of your spa service. Should you arrive late for your reservation, it may be necessary to alter your service to stay on schedule for allotted time.

We request that you make childcare arrangements prior to your Spa visit to ensure that each of our Guests have the most relaxing experience possible.

Zen Glow accepts cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard for payment. Gratuities are left at your discretion. As a guideline, 15-20% applies as with fine dining.

Cancellation policy
As our staff has reserved their time for you, we ask that you do the same. 24 hours notice is requested to cancel or reschedule any appointments and 72 hours for multiple services. Any appointments canceled or rescheduled without proper notice will be charged at full service price. At time of booking a valid Credit Card or Gift Card will be required to hold your reservation. This card is kept on file and will not be charged unless our cancellation policy is not observed.
